Musical Composition
This original musical composition was carefully created to incorporate the characteristics of Capricorn in the corresponding frequency of Capricorn
vibration - the Key of D#/Eb Major. The instrumentation includes the blended harmonic sounds of the double bass (mantra), oboe, flute, horn,
bells, and clarinet, specifically selected to enhance Capricorn's characteristics.
Relaxation through Meditation
Capricorn naturally vibrates in the Key of D#/Eb Major and this unique recording should provide the Capricorn listener soothing and beneficial results. During the process of relaxation or meditation, the body
experiences lower heart rate and lower blood pressure, thereby reducing unwanted stress. The ability to restore natural vibration in oneself is
referred to as the balance of "body, mind and spirit." This original Capricorn recording was specifically created to help you achieve a "state
of meditation" by introducing a repetitive bass sound, referred to as a "mantra," which carries throughout the entire orchestration. The mantra
establishes the key or frequency which automatically signals your body - "it's time to relax."
Then a Capricorn melody with special sound effects is gently added to the bass mantra in order to help diminish your "roaming" thoughts. Listen
as the melody naturally and peacefully guides you through the meditation process in 15-minute intervals. The "objective of meditation" is to remove
all thought in order to remove stress, thereby allowing the body's cells to regenerate and re-energize. Enjoy and remember that after repetitive
meditations you will eventually be able to relax just by thinking of your mantra sound and
melody.
