Musical Composition
This original musical composition was carefully created to incorporate the characteristics of Virgo in the corresponding frequency of Virgo vibration
- the Key of B Major. The instrumentation includes the blended harmonic sounds of the cello (mantra), guitar, bassoon, clarinet, bells, trumpet and
voices, specifically selected to enhance Virgo's characteristics.
Relaxation through Meditation
Virgo naturally vibrates in the Key of B Major and this unique recording should
provide the Virgo listener soothing and beneficial results. During the
process of relaxation or meditation, the body experiences lower heart rate and
lower blood pressure, thereby reducing unwanted stress. The ability to restore
natural vibration in oneself is referred to as the balance of "body, mind
and spirit." This original Virgo recording was specifically created to help
you achieve a "state of meditation" by introducing a repetitive bass
sound, referred to as a "mantra," which carries throughout the entire
orchestration. The mantra establishes the key or frequency which automatically
signals your body - "it's time to relax." Then a Virgo melody
with special sound effects is gently added to the bass mantra in order to help
diminish your "roaming" thoughts. Listen as the melody naturally and
peacefully guides you through the meditation process in 15-minute intervals. The
"objective of meditation" is to remove all thought in order to remove
stress, thereby allowing the body's cells to regenerate and re-energize. Enjoy
and remember that after repetitive meditations you will eventually be able to
relax just by thinking of your mantra sound and melody.
Universal Harmony
As mentioned above, Virgo is compatible with seven of the twelve Zodiac signs,
yet Virgo must learn to exist with all twelve. In order to cope with negative
forces or disharmonic vibrations, it is recommended that you listen to the
